When i try to couple hydrodynamic rasults, i see a massage:

NEFIS massage 6005:
Element 'MNKSRC' does not exist in definision file

What is this massage about? What is element called "MNKSRC"? I cannot find it in any manuals.

Hi Denis,

Most probably, you didn't start in a clean working directory. It seems that "com-" files of a previous trial are still present.
The solution: Remove all not needed files from the working directory, before starting a computation.

The MNKSRC array contains the indices of discharges. Did you try a run without discharges, then added one discharge and run again?

I did a test with and without DISCHARGE and verified that the coupling only works if you put at least one DISCHARGE avoid the error:

NEFIS message 6005: Element 'MNKSRC' does not exist in definition file

I tested with a WAQ (inlet) tutorial.

Thank you very much Mourits !!!

Hi João,

Did you try to use the latest version of code? If I remember correctly, there was a bug solved related to the src information. Pls check with the latest version of Delft3D. If it is still a problem, pls contact us then.

Greetings,

Qinghua
