Application Error

When I run the executable file 'run.bat' on some computers or laptops, I get an Application Error saying: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)." The bin files are in the correct folder however. I find on the internet this error might have something to do with some .dll files that are missing, but I can't find a clear solution for this problem. Is there a known solution?

Please try to install a Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (to be downloaded from Microsoft). It looks like these machines have a clean windows installation. In this case some dlls related to c++ might be missing. In the next release we will deliver this dlls with RTC-Tools, and the redistributable package will no longer be necessary.
