Hello,
I recently received an email with the Delft3D GUI setup+license file, but I'm failing to install the program. When I go to the FTP-site, download the Install-Shield.exe file and run it, it appears the message "Cannot find file installshield.xml or file is empty", and then the window that pop up is just blank. What should I do?
