GPP - No read permission for selected file

Hello,
I'm trying to find a way to generate a pollution map similar to the first picture that I've attached, and one of the leads that I'm trying to follow is using the GPP feature. However, whenever I tried to add the trim file from my simulation into the GPP dataset, I always get the same "No read permission for selected file" message as seen in the second picture that I've attached. Which feature should I use to present my results in a similar format to the first attachment? If I have to use GPP to achieve those results, how do I solve the "No read permission for selected file" issue? So far I've tried running the program as administrator and giving full control permission for the files, but nothing works yet.
I'm very inexperienced with Delft3D so any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Farid
