Hello! In the Delft3D-FLOW Manual on page 66 there are default values for coefficients A through C depending on the wind speed. I'm wondering if there are any useful publications where these wind drag coefficients have been calibrated for high-wind conditions? How were the default values calibrated? I'm modeling wave growth in an estuary and my design wind speed is about 19 m/s.

Hey Michael, I am also looking for such publications as I have to justify the values used in a calibration of a storm surge event with wind speeds up to 28 m/s. Haven't found any yet. But will share it here, if I find anything interesting. Best, Julius
