Spatially varying initial sediment thickness file assignment

When I interpolate the spatially varying initial sediment thickness map for bedload using the GUI, I realized that it generates .xyz file for the thickness file for each fraction. These files were assigned in the respective fraction information in the .sed file. But it didn't work when I ran the model. It is mentioned in the manual that this file should have .sdb extension while the GUI is generating .xyz file. Can anyone please tell me how to handle this issue to assign spatially varying sediment thickness layer for 2 or more sediment fractions? Thank you

Hi,

I have uploaded here an example of a initial-morphodynamic-condition file. This file should be called from flag <inicomp> under block [underlayer] in the mor-file.

Could you please try again? I changed the permissions of the file.

Thank you so much. It's much helpful. I am confused with this file and the Initial sediment layer thickness in the .sed file. Do I need to call the same file in the IniSedThick in .sed file by changing the extension to .thk? Are underlayer block and the IniSedThick same?

When using the the initial composition file using flag <inicomp> in the mor-file, the initial sediment thickness file under flag <IniSedThick> in the sed-file is overwritten (i.e., not used).
