Hello to all of you,
I have a doubt about whether or not to use the Delft3D model for the following problem: to study the erosion (scour) around a seawall that protects the coastline. I have seen that the model obtains changes in the bathymetry but my question is if it is possible to obtain changes in the beach profile; that is to say, to study the erosion of a beach adjacent to a seawall (end-wall effect). See attached file.
Thank you very much in advance.

Dear Pilar,
It is definitely possible to use Delft3D for the described situation. You can also use Delft3D FM with the D-Morphology module. If you want more details and information on the software, please contact software@deltares.nl.
Best regards, Tjitske
