Define all operations to design and build an embankment

Currently, we use two fundamentally different methods of defining a geometry.
- in D-Stability, there is no link between the stages
- in the prototype of D-Settlement, an initial mesh must contain all future geometries
This is not consistent within a suite.

We hope to solve this by defining an initial geometry, and allow operations on the geometry through all construction phases.

In this second user meeting, we want to have a complete inventory of all operations needed on the initial geometry, for an entire project.

The question is, which operations do you need?
Some first suggestions:
- add a berm
- make an excavation
- ...

Note that you can change water pressures, state and load in other tabs, this issue is related to the geometry only

Peter van Tol brought up an important operation during the user meeting.

Due to settlements, a layer can displace and deform.

Knowing this information can later on help us use the right yield stress at the bottom of a slip plane.

Operations we need in D-Settlement regarding geometry:
- installing a temporary elevation
- soil improvement / replacing an existing soillayer with a lightweight material
