I would like to know what others use for post-processing for plotting flow vectors.<br />In particular for plotting 2 sets of flow vectors (superimposed on each other) in a 2D plane for calibration purposes.<br />One data set would be model output and the other observational velocity data.<br /><br />In GPP you can plot 2 sets of model velocity output.<br /><br />Can GPP also plot observational velocity data?<br />What format does the data file need to be in?<br />I tried to make a samples file (2D observation data) with extension .obs, following the GPP user manual (pg 46) with the following columns:<br />"X" "Y" "U velocity" "V velocity"<br />but GPP could not read the file.<br /><br />Any suggestions on the best way (GPP or other package) to show both model and observational flow vectors would be appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks, Judy.Judith Herold2018-01-29T00:42:33Z
