cp: missing destination file operand after

I finished compile of delft3d in Ubuntu 16.04, but I got the following information in make.log file. And I found they were from "trunk/src/scripts_lgpl/linux/oss-install.sh". It's a problem about file copy. But Why some files are ok, like dflow2d3d, mormerge, swan, etc., but others miss destination, like delpar, delwaq, dwaves, esmf, etc.? How to correct them? Check your metofiles, be sure to start writing your meteofiles from the lower left of the wind field. I met the same question because I recorded the meteofiles from the upper left.
