Recently I have been working on adding support to the FEWS WMS service for visualizing multiple forecast times for a WMS layer.

The WMS service as available in 201702 and 201802 will always display the current (most recent) forecast. With 201902 it will be possible to visualize older forecasts as well. See the following screenshot of the WMS test page.

On the top right some new controls have appeared to enter a forecast period and the number of forecasts to be retrieved for this period of the selected WMS layer. In this case for the WMS layer GFS: Temp_forecast_nwp, 3 forecast times have been found. By selecting a forecast time from the drop down box, the test page will visualize the selected forecast.
