A lustrum for the Australian Delft-FEWS User Days in 2018

The first lustrum of the Australian Delft-FEWS User Days is coming up on 2 - 4 May 2018. Every year, this event brings together the Delft-FEWS users of Australia and Asia to share their experiences and ideas, but users from anywhere in the world are welcome.

We are inviting people to present at this event. We'd love to see examples on how do you get from a forecast to a product and alerts, the implementation of new and creative features in Delft-FEWS, examples of training with WaterCoach and of course examples from operational practice like Ex Tropical Cyclone Debbie.

We are also looking into options for the technical training on the third day. Possible topics could be RTC Tools, advanced Delft-FEWS configuration (e.g. on external modules and models; error correction; ensembles; time series statistics; performance indicators; reporting), hands on experience with new features, but we'd like to hear what you'd like to learn.

You too can get involved in this event, and if you'd like to know more contact us via chris.leahy@bom.gov.au; david.pokarier@seqwater.com.au; simone.dekleermaeker@deltares.nl
