Coast / Estuary

Coastal systems are among the most dynamic physical systems on earth and are subject to a large variety of forces. The morphodynamic changes occurring to coastlines worldwide are of great interest and importance. These changes occur as a result of the erosion of sediments, its subsequent transport as bed load or suspended load, and eventual deposition. 
 
Estuaries are partly enclosed water bodies that have an open connection to the coast. Estuaries generally have one or more branching channels, intertidal mudflats and/or salt marshes. Intertidal areas are of high ecological importance and trap sediments (sands, silts, clays and organic matter).
Within the Delft3D modelling package a large variation of coastal and estuarine physical and chemical processes can be simulated. These include waves, tidal propagation, wind- or wave-induced water level setup, flow induced by salinity or temperature gradients, sand and mud transport, water quality and changing bathymetry (morphology). Delft3D can also be used operationally e.g. storm, surge and algal bloom forecasting.

I am masters student
I have some question on the GRID input file. 
The scope of this study is to  to forecast what are the environmental consequence of abandoned well in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea
Release site map. Location of leakage (to draw the grid)-- The location is not known to us, so we made a hypothetical well: an oil leak case study of an oil field at the water depth of 70 m in the southern part of the Norwegian sector. How do i create a grid for this Scenario since the location is unkown?.I am having problem about the grid generation since the location of leakage is unknown.
About coordinates- Release site: at an oil field in the Norwegian North Sea. The longitude of 80deg 70.3806´E and latitude of 56deg 12.5380´N was given. How would i go with the coordinate to align with that of delft3d.
I kindly need your assistance and help on this.How should i go about the simulation and especially the grid generati
