Deltares unfortunately cannot guarantee that your question will be answered on the community forum. For high level support and guaranteed answers, within a certain timespan, depending on the service level of your convenience, please visit our Deltares website were you can find several Delft3D Service Packages. Deltares offers services on both software support and good modeling practice.

On the forum, we hope that the Delft3D community will answer the question within the first days after a question is posted. However: If a question remains unanswered, at some point, our forum moderators will intervene; they will either answer the question themselves or forward it to an expert on the topic within the Delft3D community. Deltares however cannot guarantee that answers within a certain period of time.
