PLCT crashes whenever I save a new or edited process

This was originally only 50% of the time, but now it happens all the time. I've reinstalled DELWAQ once already to try to resolve this. At my wit's end.

PLCT version 5.04.01.29071

Any ideas?

This problem has surfaced with the use of a new version of the compiler. Unfortunately we have so far not been able to solve it. Or even to find where it originates. I will try again this week, but it is a thoroughly nasty issue.

Thanks Arjen. I installed DWQ on a different computer and it seems to be working ok so far, with only one PLCT crash despite writing over a dozen new process files... however the PLCT crash issue didn't happen straight away after the installation on my previous computer so I will not yet assume that it is solved... The previous computer OS was WIndows 7 and the current OS is Windows 10, so I will install Windows 10 on the first computer and reinstall Delwaq to test if it might be an OS issue (unlikely but we'll see).

I thought I had found a reliable sequence of actions to reproduce the problem, even though it did not occur within the debugger, but when I tried this afternoon to see if I could shorten that sequence, so that - perhaps - it would narrow down the search for the culprit in the code, it all of a sudden worked as smoothly as one would like.

This is really annoying: knowing there is some bug that might surface at any time and not having the means to hunt it down.

As long as it does work, let us accept that, but as soon as you see the same thing happening again, let us know.
