Error importing project file

Dear Deltares,

I have installed Delft3D FM 2016, but I can't use it. I keep bumping into the same error when I try to load a project or import, but I don't know what it means. My colleague does not experience this problem, when working with the same project files.
Do you have experience with this type of error?

Dear Joel,

Unfortunately, I cannot help you without asking first for a more detailed information. Could you please provide some details concerning:
- which version you are using? (we had few iterations with our Beta Research Users, latest was v 1.1.6, check in menu HOME-> About)
- at what time you get this error? (e.g. during import, starting the model, modification of some parameters...)
- did you save a model/project or are you working in a temporary directory? (note that until you save project/model you are working in a temporary directory)
- if you believe it is perhaps your model related, could you provide the model data? (network, model files, all other related files such as polygons, observation points etc.)
- is your colleague taking the same set of actions as you? Is he using the same version of Delft3D FM?

Please let me know.

Kind regards,
Michal
