Lakes and reservoirs are important resources for communities around the globe. They provide food, drinking and irrigation water and can also offer spots for recreation. Under certain conditions lakes can also represent a threat for local communities, such as flooding or limnic eruptions. The ecological state of shallow lakes may be hampered by suspended sediments due to wind driven currents and waves. In deep lakes, stratification can cause undesirable anoxic conditions in the deeper areas. Understanding these systems is crucial to enable a sound management of these water bodies.

Delft3D FM is the state-of-the-art modelling framework for hydrodynamics, water quality, ecology, waves and morphology.

Hei!For my project work in the university, I need to couple the Flow-FM and the Wave Module. Both of the models are running stand-alone without any problems. After putting them into the "integrated model", switching the settings in D-Wave for coupling (in general and for the communication file), and run the model, it always fails.It fails just after reading the map and class file without any error or message shown. Dear Marina,

First of all, thank you for reaching to the open community. Please note that if you are part of our (Deltares) Beta Research program you should try the latest release of the Delft3D FM Suite 2021.03. There are lots of very useful improvements especially when working with D-Waves. That version is also intended to become Generally Available in Q1 2021. 

Secondly, I would like to ask you why did you decide to install Hydrodynamic only version? By your software installation path I see that you have selected "HM" version. Please note that when you intend to work with more plugins and working with Integrated Models I would recommend to use complete version of HMWQ (all plugins). That may be the course of the problem. 
From the log above I cannot unfortunately say much but please try first with the complete version.
