The HABITAT Suite is a combination of tools to support a wide range of spatial environmental impact modelling activities. These tools range from knowledge rules for impact modelling to tools used for data preparation.

Knowledge rules

Ecological Knowledge base 

An HTML based website with knowledge rules originating from previous studies. These knowledge rules would need to be loaded manually in your HABITAT model.

KnowledgeRules GitHub

XML-based knowledge rules that can be loaded automatically in your HABITAT model. These are the same knowledge rules available at "Ecological Knowledge base". 

Data preparation

DELWAQ2Raster

This is a tool to convert Delft3D 4 hydrodynamic and water quality data (DELWAQ) output to raster input files for HABITAT. This tool is still under development, but an early version can be made available upon request.
