As far as I know it’s not possible to change the default coordinate system of IMOD (WSG84, EPSG:28992 Amersfoort, RDnew). More accurately, depending on what you want to do with it, you can export your files to GIS and change the coordinate system. Another option is to use the iMODBATCH functionality UTM2LATLONG to transform IDF UTM coordinates to a Lat-Long IPF data. Vice Versa you can use the iMODBATCH XYZTOIDF-function to create an IDF from a plain data file or IPF file that contain x,y,z-data at least.

Hi,

iMOD does not explicitly apply a coordinate system. As long as all your input data is in the same coordinate system, you'll be fine.
