High-level Support - iMOD
High level support
In case you have not found the answers you were looking for (e.g. in the iMOD User Manual, the online iMOD User Manual, the iMOD-tutorials, the iMOD-webinars or via the iMOD-forum) or if you need answers with a certain guaranteed timespan you might be interested in obtaining the iMOD Service Package; it contains:
- One year support with 8 or 16 support hours (depending on type of use, see below)
- The right of use of the Deltares-release of the iMOD-executable
- One year update and upgrade subscription
The iMOD Service package is available for 2 types of use:
- For the use by governments, waterboards, water companies, consultancy firms and universities for the use in real-world cases. This service packages includes 16 hours of support from the iMOD Helpdesk. The annual fee is 3250 Euro (excl. VAT).
- For educational use only. 'Educational use' does not include the use in real-world cases; for the use in real-world cases please refer to type of use 1). This service package includes 8 hours of support from the iMOD Helpdesk. The annual fee is 1750 Euro (excl. VAT).
