some problem with "xb_generate_model "and "xb_generate_settings"

Hello, guys! There is some problem when I use Matlab toolbox. I made two scripts in a different way of the same data as in attachments named "script1"&"script2". In "script1","xb_generate_bathy" and "xb_generate_settings" are used to build the model, then "xs_join" them. In "script1", only "xb_generate_model" is used to build model. After the scripts are run in Matlab, I got two different "params" documents named "params_1"&"params_2".  That is, the grid number of two x-grid files are quite different. In "params_2", there are some errors confused me a lot. That is, "wave-spectrum boundary condition parameters" are not specified in "script2". I have tried to change the order of varargin of 'settings' in "xb_generate_model", but failed. Could anybody kindly give me some suggestions?
